Goldstone Mines is an open pit, leading exploration and processing company that is about to transition
into a producer of Gold Dore and Gold Dust in Nigeria. We have invested in state of the art gold
prospecting and processing systems for optimum result and profitability.
We have acquired, and are focused on Longlife, Lowcost gold assets, with plans to evolve into a Multi-
Mine establishment in the near future. We pursue value-creating opportunities involving other minerals,
where we can leverage our existing assets, skills and experience to maximize value. The geology and age
of rocks in Central Nigeria are not only encouraging, the area is virgin territory that has not been
explored nor mined with modern equipment.
Located in the prolific Mopa-Muro and Kabba-Bunu area of Kogi State, Nigeria, an area that has been
synonymous with gold production over the years. With an area covering more than 2500 acres,
Goldstone Mines boast of one of the richest gold reserves in Nigeria. These reserves, we are currently
converting to resources. It sits at the epicenter of the Bermian Greenstone belt that runs from Anka in
Zamfara State, through to Ososa/Damgbala in Edo State.
Aeromagnetic and radiometric studies have also established that the Nigeria Schist Belt, which is
known to host very rich deposits of gold runs through Mopa. Mopa, is the location for the gold
processing plant built by the Federal Government in 2023. The siting is predicated on Mopa
being central position on the Schist Belt which trends from the North West through western Kogi
State to South West Nigeria( Kwara/Osun/Oyo states).
